DisplayFusion is a great utility for window management on one or more monitors, obviously more monitors are better:)

I use Win+Ctrl+s to resize windows all the time.

Win+Ctrl+x is great for moving window to another monitor 

I can’t speak highly enough about this app, it’s one of those applications that I couldn’t help but purchase

Also it goes great with Launchy, another tool I could never live without. I’ve mapped alt+space to start it, then type anything I’ve added to quick launch and it starts; my hands never leave the keyboard
